1. Of ALL the stars at IIFA, I'm told Hrithik Roshan had the most tantrums and demands. He wanted a tub and a mirror with lights around it to be put in his hotel room. (For makeup presumably? Or just some Chicago-musical style self admiration?!) So they finally agreed to give him a room with a tub, but no mirror :P

2. The IIFA manager minions were also overheard discussing how Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan threw different after parties at the Hilton on Friday evening because of the ex-tra tension between the two since Duggu and Bebo are exes. (Especially since it was already SUPER awkward that they had to sit together throughout the show!)

3. Meanwhile poor Ranveer Singh was REALLY sick the entire time. The staff even ran to the pharmacy to get him medicines and were mega impressed that he performed! In fact you couldn't even tell he was sick. Now there's a real star!

4. There were a LOT of technical issues with the event: the show ended at 3am (but was SUPPOSED to end at 11pm) and btw, it's $1000 for every minute you go past the end time. Ouch!

5. Shahid Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar asked several times during the show to raise the tele-prompter, not sure if that's normal, presumably not?

6. The management was SUPER stressed because they couldn't find some of the stars' outfits sent in for laundry (specifically Deepika Padukone's outfit for the awards.) Eeps!

7. Apparently Madhuri Dixit was the sweetest and least arrogant of the actors. When a sweet Indian aunty told her she performed really well back in the hotel lobby, she lowered her sunglasses and said thank you super nicely :)

8. Management were overheard discussing that Shah Rukh Khan didn't come because he asked for $1.3 million and Salman Khan couldn't come because he was in *Poland shooting for Kick.

All eyes on 'Humshakals'

It’s a wrap, for ‘Humshakals’. The shoot for the much-awaited comedy caper ‘Humshakals’, in Mauritius, has finally come to an end. Actor Riteish Deshmukh recently posted an image for his fans on the photo and video sharing platform, Instagram, to mark this special occasion. The image, a selfie, shows Riteish and Director Sajid Khan along with co-actor Saif Ali Khan posing for the camera

We see a lot of Bollywood divas bring out their sassy avatar in their movies these days. For Sajid Khan’s much awaited Humshakals , we will see this raunchiness multiply three times. All the three leading ladies of the film i.e Bipasha Basu, Esha Gupta and Tamannaah will be seen sporting a bikini in the film

The actresses have made sure to carry their attire in a way that it makes them look different from every other diva in the industry. Apart from selecting and zeroing down on the right kind of bikini for themselves, the trio has worked really hard to get the perfect curvaceous body to carry the two piece well.

Sajid Khan’s films is known for their comic timing and add of spunk to it, hence we are sure Humshakals is going to be no exception to the list. Having shot the movie extensively abroad, Sajid promises to discover some never seen locations through the movie. The audiences have always known Sajid Khan for doing something unique and out-of-the-box for his films.

“Sajid was very determined that we wanted to shoot in the Chatsworth House, hence he agreed on an hourly breakdowns wherein we were allowed to shoot in a part of the house which would be locked down each day for certain hours,” continues the source.

Well, this time with Humshakals, the fans not only get to see triple role for the first time, but also some one-of-its-kind locations where Bollywood has never shot before.

It is very often that when the actors shoot outdoors for the films, all their fans gather around to look at their favorite actors performing. But sometimes the fans come in such large numbers that it becomes extremely difficult to control them which disrupts the shooting

One such incident happened on the sets of Humshakals in London when Saif Ali Khan was shooting on the streets and Saif had to take control of the crowd and had to turn crowd controller.

What happened was that the crew of Humshakals had a very tough time keeping the onlookers at bay who had come in big numbers just to catch a glimpse of their favorite actor and threw the security arrangements for a toss.

When Saif realized this, he decided to go and meet his fans and control the crowd as they had permission to shoot only for few hours there.

A source close from the production teams says,” We had long shooting hours in London and Mauritius. Hence it made the crew members very homesick. So, Sajid Khan and Riteish Deshmukh used to mimic Rajesh Khanna and Shatrughan Sinha so that people laugh and feel less home sick. The crew members were overwhelmed by such efforts!”

What we hear is that to keep the mood of the actors charged up, Sajid Khan along with Ritiesh Deshmukh used to mimic few legendary actors and entertain everyone.

 Well, with such a magnum opus start we are sure 'Humshakals' is all set to break many records and win the audiences hearts.

The fast paced trailer has done well with the masses, and the video has already gone viral on various social networking sites. The trade pundits are already betting on the success of the film, which makes the buzz even higher

21 dead after train derails in Maharashtra

At least 21 people were killed and 145 injured after the engine and three coaches of Diva-Sawantwadi passenger train derailed on Sunday morning near Nagothane in Maharashtra's Raigarh district.

The mishap took place between Nagothane and Roha stations just outside a tunnel near Nidi village.

The injured passengers have been admitted in the local hospitals and rescue work is in process. (With inputs from agencies)
